Your fee is based on the size and complexity of the project, and the trades involved. You'll always see a set price before any work begins, so there are no surprises later.

Yes. Plans and specifications are used only for scoping your estimate and aren't shared outside our team.
What if my scope changes after I receive the estimate?
One round of revisions is included as standard on the Silver and Gold tiers. If your scope shifts significantly, we'll requote before any further work is carried out.
How quickly will I get my estimate?
Most estimates are delivered within 72 hours of your scoping call. The Silver tier targets a 3-day turnaround.
Do I need full construction drawings to get started?
Detailed plans give the most accurate result, but we can also work from concept drawings or specifications. We'll confirm exactly what's needed on your scoping call.
Is there any obligation to proceed after I get my quote?
